Welcome to Springfield Park Baptist Church

Ask people what they think of church and you are likely to get the same response - boring or irrelevant, but at Springfield Park Baptist Church (SPBC) over 120 people meet each week to enjoy a spiritual reality that denies both of these.

Springfield Park Baptist Church is made up of all kinds of people, young and old, couples and singles, senior citizens, young families, older families and single parents.

There are people from all kinds of trades and professions. However, though we come from different backgrounds, we have one thing in common - each of us has experienced a transforming encounter with Jesus Christ..

With people of every age and background in the fellowship .... everyone is welcome.

Keep up to date with our Events section, and if you have an event you would like to add, email us

 40 Days of Purpose

Don't forget to bring along for this morning's service something that you do that brings pleasure to God.
It could be a hobby or interest, e.g. photos, craft, picture, cake, football, dance shoes, music etc . . . .
It could be something to do with your day to day work, e.g. calculator, stethoscope, tools, text book etc . . . .
We shall be using these things as part of our opening worship.

Thanks for all the cards and good wishes you've sent us. We are gradually unpacking boxes and finding homes for the contents as well as doing some decorating. We went to the local church last Sunday and this week hope to go to the church in Ruthin. Love Coral and Guy

ministry & missions fair

Plans are in hand for the Ministry and Missions Fair, which will be held in the hall, after the morning service on Palm Sunday 1 April (the week before the final celebration of the 40 Days of Purpose campaign).  This will provide an opportunity for you to sign up to get involved in a new way in the work and witness of our church.  Watch this space for more details!

A Planning meeting for all booth 'owners’ will take place on Monday 12 March at 8.15pm in the church.
